Foxly Passport Photo Ltd provides passport photo processing services designed to help users obtain photographs prepared according to official passport photo requirements. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, users and customers who access our website, mobile application or related services.

2. About Our Service

Users may upload their photographs through our platform for review, adjustment and formatting based on the selected country and document type. Completed passport photos are delivered digitally by email worldwide. Optional printed copies may also be offered but physical delivery is available only within the United Kingdom and Ireland.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or that you are a parent or legal guardian submitting a photograph on behalf of a child. You must have the legal right and authority to upload any image submitted through our platform.

4. Photo Submission Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that all photographs submitted are original, accurate and suitable for passport photo processing. While we review and prepare submitted images to meet general passport standards, final acceptance is determined solely by the relevant government or passport authority.

5. Acceptable Use

Users must not upload photographs or content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, copyrighted without permission or that violates the rights or privacy of any individual. Foxly Passport Photo Ltd reserves the right to refuse, remove or decline to process any submission that violates these requirements.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Payment must be completed successfully before any processing of your order begins.

7. Order Processing

Once payment has been successfully completed, your submitted photograph will be reviewed, adjusted and formatted according to the selected country and document requirements. Processing begins only after payment confirmation.

8. Delivery of Digital and Printed Photos

Processed passport photos are typically delivered digitally by email within 24 hours of submission. Where printed copies are ordered, delivery is usually completed within 3 to 5 business days and is available only to addresses in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services or other factors outside our control.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, processed passport photos delivered electronically are generally non-refundable once the service has been completed. If a passport photo is rejected because of a formatting or compliance issue connected to our processing, we may review and reprocess the image where appropriate. Refunds or replacements for printed orders may be considered if the order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, subject to verification.

10. Cancellation of Orders

Due to the nature of digital services, orders cannot be cancelled once the photo processing has begun or once the digital passport photo has been delivered. If you believe an error has occurred with your order, please contact us and we will review the matter where appropriate.

11. Data Storage

Uploaded photographs and related order information are stored securely for processing, support and quality control purposes. Photos are automatically deleted within 30 days unless earlier deletion is requested by the user or longer retention is required by law.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, text, graphics and service materials belonging to Foxly Passport Photo Ltd remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Users retain ownership of the photographs they upload to our service.

13. Service Availability

While we aim to keep our website and mobile application available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services. Access to the platform may occasionally be restricted or suspended for maintenance, updates or technical reasons.

14. Limitation of Liability

Foxly Passport Photo Ltd is not liable for passport photo rejection by any government authority, for errors caused by incorrect information or unsuitable images submitted by users, for delays caused by third-party providers, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our service is provided in good faith, but final acceptance always rests with the relevant issuing authority.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations or business practices. Any updated version will be published on this page with the latest revision date. Continued use of our services after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes, claims or legal matters arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
